Request Account & Data Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data. Share Kidz is developed and operated by Harmoniq Labs. We are committed to honouring your privacy rights in full compliance with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act).
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all your data will be removed and you will lose access to all features, shared calendars, expense history, and messages.
How to Request Deletion
Send a deletion request email
Email us at info@cobalancecollective.com with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
Include your account details
In the body of the email, include the email address associated with your Share Kidz account so we can locate and verify your data.
Identity verification
For your security, we may ask you to confirm your identity before proceeding with the deletion. We'll respond within 2 business days.
Deletion is processed
Once verified, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email when complete.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Your account profile (name, email address, phone number)
- All co-parenting calendar events and schedules
- All messages and communication history
- Shared expense records and receipts
- Uploaded documents and files
- Co-parent connection and linked accounts
- App preferences and notification settings
Data We Are Required to Retain
Some data must be kept for legal or compliance reasons even after deletion.
Transaction and billing records
Required for financial compliance and tax obligations
Anonymised usage analytics
Used to improve the app — no personally identifiable information
Legal correspondence or dispute records
Retained if required by a court order or legal process
